At our store, the quality and safety of our products are our top priority. Since we deal with food and confectionery items, returns and cash refunds are generally not accepted except in documented special cases, to maintain strict food safety standards.
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as order preparation begins.
Cancellation is available for orders placed via: WhatsApp, Instagram, In-store visits, Delivery orders.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are allowed only in the following cases:
Damaged Products: Customers must provide clear evidence (photo or video) within 2 days of receiving the order. The case will be reviewed to verify damage caused during delivery or packaging.
Incorrect Products Delivered: Customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery with proof of the original order.
3. Refund Process
For approved return cases, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer only.
Refunds are processed after verifying the issue and confirming eligibility.
4. Important Notes
Failure to provide proof of damage or error may result in rejection of the return request.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless there is a verified error or damage.
